Privacy and cookie policy
This policy explains what personal data the sinalserv.com.br site collects, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

Who processes your data?
The controller of the data collected on this site is SinalServ. Questions and requests about personal data are handled at contato@sinalserv.com.br.

What data is collected and why?
Quote form. Name and company, tax ID, WhatsApp, email, service, type of contract and, if you provide them, length, project location and details. We also record the page the request came from and, when present in the address, campaign parameters (utm). This data is used only to answer the request and prepare the proposal. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 7, V, LGPD) and the consent you tick on the form.
Company brochure. To unlock the PDF brochure we ask for your name, company, email and phone. This data is used by SinalServ sales to contact you about the services in the brochure, based on the consent you tick on the form.
Direct contact. Messages sent by WhatsApp, phone or email are used for the same purpose.
Visit measurement. Only with your permission (see Cookies), the site measures visits and quote requests in aggregate, to learn which pages and campaigns bring in contacts.

Who is the data shared with?
Quote requests and brochure sign-ups go through an automation tool that delivers them to the CRM used by SinalServ sales. The data is not sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes. The providers that run these tools and the visit measurement (Google) process data on SinalServ’s behalf and may store it outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD.
Data is kept while there is a commercial relationship or interest in a proposal, and for the period required by legal obligations.

Which cookies does the site use?
The site only activates measurement cookies after you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. Without that choice, all measurement and advertising signals are denied by default.

What are your rights?
At any time you can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Just write to contato@sinalserv.com.br. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
